HyperSync Panel supports seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) to streamline new user onboarding. After new accounts are synchronized from source systems (such as Workday) to Entra ID, the system can automatically:

• Assign Microsoft Entra licenses to ensure users have the correct access entitlements immediately upon account creation.

• Provision Exchange Online mailboxes, eliminating manual setup steps and ensuring timely access to email services.

In addition, the system intelligently creates unique email addresses based on the user’s preferred name from Workday. This ensures alignment with HR records and supports personalized, professional identity standards across all systems.
