As part of the Identity Panel Suite, it automates the full deprovisioning of user access across key systems such as VPN, Microsoft 365, Email, Teams, Salesforce, and Workday.

How Deprovisioning Works

Identity Panel monitors user lifecycle events—including terminations—by continuously synchronizing identity data from HR systems and directories. When a termination is detected, HyperSync Panel initiates automated actions to remove access, including:

• Disabling Active Directory accounts

• Revoking access tokens for cloud applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce)

• Removing group memberships and role assignments

• Deactivating user accounts in HR, communication, and collaboration systems (e.g., Workday, Teams, Email)

These actions are highly configurable. HyperSync supports both state-based synchronization (triggered by status changes like “terminated”) and event-driven triggers (such as scheduled end dates). This dual approach ensures timely and automatic deprovisioning—reducing the risk of human error and unauthorized access.
