The Identity Panel Suite uses HyperSync Panel, Service Panel, and Access Panel to automate offboarding across identity systems:

• HyperSync Panel detects when a user is marked as a "leaver" in the authoritative source system (often HR) and automatically triggers deprovisioning actions. These actions can include account disablement, deletion, or revocation of group memberships across Active Directory, Azure AD, cloud apps, and other connected systems​.

• Access Panel enforces policies to ensure that access to resources is removed according to governance rules. This includes revoking entitlements and enforcing separation of duty policies to prevent unauthorized access during transitions​.

• Service Panel provides audit-friendly workflows to manage manual or exception-based offboarding when automated triggers are not sufficient​.

How the Workflow Works

The offboarding process is built on the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) model:

• When a user status changes to "inactive" in an authoritative system, this triggers an event in Identity Panel.

• HyperSync Panel processes the update using stateful sync rules that compare current and expected states to determine what needs to be removed or revoked.

• These workflows are event-driven, meaning actions are performed automatically based on changes in identity data, eliminating manual delays and reducing the risk of orphaned accounts​.
