HyperSync Panel, enables seamless integration with HR systems such as Workday to automate user transfers. When an employee’s job details change in HR—such as their department or role—Identity Panel collects these updates and ensures that downstream systems reflect the new information in a timely, consistent, and secure way.
How the Process Works
When a user’s job change is recorded in HR, the HyperSync Panel synchronization engine captures change details, such as:
-
Employee ID
-
Name
-
Current Role
-
New Role
-
Effective Date of the Change
-
Department
These attributes are pulled directly from HR during scheduled or event-driven data scans. HyperSync Panel, part of the Identity Panel Suite, recognizes these changes and triggers workflows or provisioning rules as needed. This ensures the employee’s new access rights, group memberships, and system roles are updated in alignment with their new position—without requiring manual intervention.
Behind the scenes, Identity Panel uses structured attribute flow rules and join rules to map and connect user records across systems. This allows the suite to maintain a unified identity record, even as the employee’s role changes.
