This capability allows designated user accounts to be excluded from standard automated processes, including deletion, deprovisioning, and lifecycle updates. How Legal Hold Works

When a user or account is placed under legal hold:

• It is excluded from all automated cleanup jobs, including those based on inactivity or deletion criteria.

• Scheduled workflows, attribute updates, and provisioning/deprovisioning tasks will not affect the account.

• Manual actions may still be permitted, depending on configuration, but automated changes are blocked to maintain the account's integrity.

Legal hold status is visible within the Time Traveler and compliance dashboards, offering full transparency and auditability.
