When an employee leaves an organization, it's critical to ensure their access is revoked immediately across all systems. The Identity Panel Suite achieves this through event-driven and state-based synchronization. When a change is detected in a source system—such as an HR platform marking a user as "inactive"—the Identity Panel Suite triggers an automatic account deactivation process.
How It Works
The deactivation process relies on HyperSync Panel, a core component of the Identity Panel Suite. HyperSync continuously monitors source-of-truth systems (like HR or identity directories) for changes in user status. When a user's status is updated (e.g., to "terminated" or "inactive"), the following actions are taken:
-
Account is disabled in all connected systems
-
Access rights and entitlements are revoked
-
Provisioned resources such as email, VPN, and cloud apps are removed
-
Changes are logged for audit and compliance purposes
These actions are enforced using stateful sync rules and deprovisioning logic, which ensures that disconnected systems (like Active Directory, cloud services, and business apps) are updated consistently.
