The Panel Suite (Identity Panel, Test Panel, Service Panel, Access Panel, PowerShell Panel, and HyperSync Panel) are provided as an automated cloud service (content is uploaded using the software based on product configuration) and the SoftwareIDM personnel have only limited access to uploaded Content. To the extent that SoftwareIDM has access, SoftwareIDM shall not access or view any Content, except as reasonably necessary to perform the SoftwareIDM hosted service, including but not limited to the following:
A. respond to support requests
B. detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues
C. examine for source of abnormal data collect (large sums of data materially exceeding normal customer usage) for the purpose of advising customer and protecting the service from exceeding reasonable capacities.
D. as deemed necessary or advisable by SoftwareIDM in good faith to conform to legal requirements or comply with a legal processor, including in the event a government agency with the power to enforce presents SoftwareIDM a demand for information regardless of the characterization of the information
E. enforce agreements between the End User and, including investigation of potential breaches, and violations hereof.
