Controlling "Accept All" and "Deny All" Options in Access Reviews

Access Panel provides configurable access reviews that support granular governance controls. One such control is the ability to enable or disable "accept all" or "deny all" options for reviewers. This allows organizations to enforce more deliberate review of individual entitlements, especially for sensitive roles or high-risk users.

Per-User Review Configuration (UER)

Each review in Access Panel can be tailored at the level of the User Entitlement Review (UER). A UER represents a specific review instance for a user and the entitlements they hold. Administrators can configure review settings per UER to meet governance requirements, such as:

• Requiring line-by-line approval for entitlements.

• Disabling bulk approval or denial actions to ensure each item is individually reviewed.

• Preventing accidental approval of overprovisioned or outdated access.

This capability ensures that reviewers cannot simply click “accept all” or “deny all” for high-risk accounts or roles—supporting a more rigorous compliance process.
