When a user entitlement review is not completed by the assigned reviewer within the designated deadline, the system escalates the task to the next level of management and sends a notification to the Security Administration team. This ensures that access reviews are not left unresolved, reducing risk and maintaining audit readiness.
How Escalation Works
The entitlement review process in Access Panel is designed to be both flexible and accountable. If a reviewer does not take action within the configured timeframe, the system:

Automatically reassigns the review task to the designated manager or approver in the escalation chain.
