One key feature is the ability to generate and export detailed reports that summarize completed entitlement reviews. These reports support compliance, audit readiness, and internal oversight by offering a clear view into user access and reviewer decisions.
What the Reports Include
Access Panel's entitlement review reporting provides transparency into who has access to what, and how access decisions were made. The system captures and stores:

Reviewer actions such as approval, revocation, or delegation

Timestamps for each action, recording exactly when changes or confirmations occurred

Compliance status indicating whether reviews were completed on time and according to policy

Contextual metadata including campaign name, target resource, and user role information
These reports can be filtered and sorted to support both high-level summaries and detailed investigations.
Export Options and Formats
Reports in Access Panel are displayed in-browser and can be exported in several formats:

Excel: Ideal for sharing and analysis

Delimited (CSV): Enables easy data manipulation in spreadsheets

XML and JSON: Suitable for integration with other systems or downstream reporting tools
At this time, PDF is not a supported export format. Users who need a PDF version can use their browser’s print-to-PDF function as a workaround.
Access Panel ensures that exports are secure and aligned with access control policies, meaning only authorized users can generate or view these reports.
