Each notification includes a list of users and their current entitlements (such as group memberships or access to specific systems). The message clearly explains what action is required — typically to approve, reject, or flag entitlements — and outlines the due date for completing the review. These details help ensure that reviews are completed on time and align with internal policies and audit requirements.

What Reviewers Receive

The email sent to reviewers is powered by customizable message templates. These notifications typically include:
