In addition to scheduled User Entitlement Reviews (UERs), the Identity Panel Suite provides administrators with the ability to initiate entitlement reviews manually. This feature is especially useful for organizations that need to respond quickly to unexpected events such as audits, role changes, or security incidents. Rather than waiting for the next scheduled review, authorized administrators can launch a targeted entitlement review at any time.
How It Works
Manual entitlement reviews are configured and executed within the Access Panel, the governance and access certification component of the Identity Panel Suite. From the Access Panel dashboard, administrators can:

Select specific users, groups, or roles for review

Define the scope and objectives of the review campaign

Assign reviewers and set deadlines

Track progress and outcomes directly within the platform
These manual campaigns are distinct from recurring UER processes and can be launched as needed without disrupting the standard review schedule.
