How the System Works

The Identity Panel Suite uses its synchronization engine, HyperSync Panel, to detect and manage updates to user attributes such as employee ID. When a change is made in a source system (commonly an HR platform), HyperSync captures that update and initiates a synchronization process. This process flows the updated employee ID to all configured target systems, such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), downstream databases, and business-critical SaaS applications.
