SaaS Hosting - Dedicated
Customers requiring a more stringent SLA on their SaaS Hosting may subscribe to dedicated instances. A dedicated set of instances gives the following benefits:
- Performance - A dedicated instance is sized to a customer's requirements.
- Twin instances - One for testing new versions of SoftwareIDM software, and one for production
- Controlled System SLA
- Change Control
- Expanded query limits beyond shared SaaS Hosting's 200,000 objects with a maximum of 2,500,000 objects
- Enterprise Agreement
- Multi-tenant authentication
SaaS Panel Service - On-premises or SoftwareIDM hosted
Customers wishing to extend the software as a service SLA to the Panel Service(s), may do so. This addition requires dedicated SaaS Hosting listed above. This is available to Panel Services hosted by SoftwareIDM in the Azure cloud, or by customers hosting Panel Service on-premises.
SoftwareIDM Hosting Panel Services
A SaaS Hosted Panel Service comes with the following benefits:
- No need for on-premises servers for the supported targets
- Performance - A dedicated instance is sized to a customer's usage.
- Twin instances - One for testing new versions of SoftwareIDM software, and one for production
- Controlled System SLA or Supported Systems SLA
- Change Control
- Enterprise Agreement
This service is limited to scanning HTTPS services like Office 365, AzureAD, Azure B2C, Azure, and ServiceNow.
SoftwareIDM Managed Panel Services (on-premises)
Extending SaaS Panel Service to your on-premises or cloud VMs has the following benefits:
- Certified installation
- Controlled System SLA or Supported Systems SLA
- Change Control
- Quarterly permissions audit
- SoftwareIDM Monitoring
- Enterprise Agreement
SaaS Provider Connection
Extending the software as a service model to the target is powerful way to extend SaaS to the end-point. This is an add-on to SaaS Panel Service. The benefits of extending your service to the end-point target is the following:
