Panel Check
Panel Check is an automated task from SoftwareIDM installed and running on your Panel Service host server. We maintain Panel Check so your Panel Service is always under surveillance. We ensure Panel Check is always running and healthy. If not, we fix it.
Panel Service Operations
Identity Panel Windows Service, also known as Panel Service, is a Windows Service running on your host or ours. When the Panel Service fails, Panel Check will notify us and we get in touch with you to fix it.
Support Ticketing with SLA
Trouble tickets can be raised, tracked and resolved with our SOS team as required. See Raising a Support Ticket for how this is done. Additionally, our Bookings service is available for you to schedule time with one of our available SOS consultants after a ticket is raised.
Response time required by our team to resolve your issue is then drawn down against the applicable KP purchased. Once exhausted, additional blocks of hours must be purchased.
MIM Support and Assistance (Optional Extra)
For customers still supporting Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), and yet to migrate to HyperSync Panel, the SoftwareIDM Team is pleased to provide expert level advice and guidance.
Panel Service Permissions
Panel Service requires permissions to run. If those credentials fail, we work with you to fix those credentials.
Panel Service Upgrades
When Panel Service needs upgrading, we provide this to you as service.
