Service Country and Currency

Australia

Australian customers are hosted within the Azure Australian data centers and charged in the Australian dollar. Hosting is provided by SoftwareIDM UK ltd. 

Canada

Canada customers are hosted in Azure data centers in the European union or the United Stated. Canadian customers are invoiced in CAN. 

European Union Member Countries

EU countries will be hosted within the EU and will quoted and invoices in the EURO. Transactions are made through SoftwareIDM UK Ltd. Hosting is provided by SoftwareIDM UK Ltd.

North America

North America customers are hosted in EU for GDPR reasons unless the customer explicitly requests USA based Azure data centers. USA customers in USA defense, USA healthcare, USA & state government, and USA education make up the majority of customers requesting domestic hosting. Global corporations are choosing the EU. North America hosting customers are hosted by SoftwareIDM Inc. North American customers hosting in the EU are hosted by SoftwareIDM UK Ltd. 

United Kingdom

Organizations purchasing from within the UK will be hosted in the EU unless requested otherwise. Transaction will be in GBP. Transactions are made through SoftwareIDM UK Ltd. Hosting is provided by SoftwareIDM UK Ltd.
