The Panel Provider for Excel and CSV allows Excel files as well as CSV files to be imported to Identity Panel to populate data for bulk updates and lookups, as well as to populate data silos.
The Panel Provider for Excel supports management of Excel template files, reading data from multiple worksheets, populating multiple object types from a single spreadsheet, and condensing down sparse data in spreadsheets.
Excel files and silos managed through this provider can be download and uploaded via provider settings, as well as dashboard modules published to Identity Panel or Service Panel.
Identity Panel App
The Panel Provider for Excel adds the following capabilities to the Identity Panel App
- Scan/import arbitrary identity data and lookup objects for visualization within the Time Traveler. Includes mapping of multi-value and reference attributes across multiple worksheets.
Service Panel App
The Panel Provider for Excel adds the ability for Service Panel to create, modify, and remove table data within Identity Panel which may then be exported to downstream systems. It also allows importing of spreadsheets to service as lookup data sources within Service Panel.
HyperSync Panel App
The Panel Provider for Excel adds the ability for spreadsheets and report files to serve as data sources for synchronization. Both as a source of identitites, e.g. for bulk updates, and also as a source of lookup and configuration data.
Access Panel App
The Panel Provider for Excel adds the ability for Access Panel to perform attestation and separation of duties policy operations against non-API-connected data sources.
Test Panel App
Allows for Test Panel App to consume spreadsheets and files as a source of test data, lookup data, and bulk updates. This can be used to drive fuzz testing, load testing, and comprehensive permutation testing as part of your overall test case or suite.
Licensing
Managing applications via interaction with their databases requires provider licenses for the applications themselves.
