Panel Provider for SAP Success Factors

The Panel Provider for SAP Success Factors (SF) allows data from Success Factors to be scanned and updated from the Identity Panel suite of applications. 

Identity Panel App

The Panel Provider for Success Factors adds the following capabilities to the Identity Panel App

• Scan objects and attributes for visualization within the Time Traveler 
• Update Success Factors (via REST API - see below)

HyperSync Panel App

The Panel Provider for Success Factors allows using Success Factors as a data feed for employees and contractors, supporting provisioning to down-stream directories. The provider also allows synchronizing account data, such as account name, email address, etc. back to Success Factors.

Service Panel App

The Panel Provider for Success Factors adds the ability for Service Panel to push data requests back to Success Factors using the Success Factors REST API.

Test Panel App

Allows for the Test Panel App to create tests in Identity Panel simulating changes from a Success Factors feed. Additionally, Test Panel with this Provider allows for the rollback deletion of test case data and results. The capability includes creating, validating (asserting), and removing users simulated user data as part of your overall test case or suite.

Configuration

• The Success Factors Panel Provider can access any of the writeback endpoints in the HR module of Success Factors.
• The commonly used writeback endpoints are for email, phone, account name, and other ids.
• Identity Panel workflow integration with Success Factors can be used to perform lookups for detecting rehires, as well as hooking back into Success Factors to deliver ciphered Service Form links to perform an initial password reset as part of the account claim process.
